Who I am

Most problems aren’t strategic. They’re relational.

After more than 15 years in international leadership roles, I know: too many meetings. Too little clarity. Too much busywork. Too little real collaboration.

Today I help teams, leaders and organisations decide better, think more clearly and become genuinely effective together.

What sets me apart? I combine strategic sharpness with systemic depth – and bring in impulses that don’t just sound good, but work.

Into the unknown

Nature isn’t a retreat. It’s a reality check.

I’m happiest outdoors. In motion. In the unknown. Not because it is comfortable, but because that is exactly where development happens.

Change doesn’t come from thinking alone, but from trying. From friction. From what can’t be planned. Anyone who truly wants to change something has to be willing to let go of control. To experiment. To be wrong. And to keep going anyway.

Nature makes it very clear: change isn’t linear. It isn’t tidy. And it is certainly not perfect. But change happens when you move.

Experience

I don’t come from the coaching bubble. I come from reality. More than 15 years in international leadership roles at Novartis and Roche. Over 10 product launches in complex, global set-ups.

I’ve seen what happens when everything matters at once: pressure, pace, stakeholders, expectations. And I’ve seen what things really fail on: not the strategy. The collaboration.

Today I work as a coach and facilitator (ICF/PCC) at exactly that point. Not on PowerPoint. But on whether teams are truly effective together.

I know the reality behind “cross-functional alignment” – and I know: clarity, shared intention and real ownership don’t happen by themselves. You have to create them deliberately.
